Late Night Baking ....

Tomorrow we are having a Bake & Produce Sale at the Church .... so tonite I am doing some marathon cake baking. Hope they taste as good as they smell!

Here's an assemblage of the cake making and baking...*S*




Fruit on the bottom .. topped with the cake mixture, then sugar, cornstarch, cinnamin and boiling water on top... bake for about 45 minutes...









.... and voila!! Delicious cakes! I made 6 of them... 4 peach and 2 blueberry.

Yummy!!!
