It involves abandoning ones art in public places for another to take and enjoy. The art you'd make could be as simple or elaborate as you'd like..from images drawn on a napkin, to actually painting, or sculpture or jewelry, etc.
Artist Michael deMeng spoke of it on his blog, and has created a facebook group called Art Abandonment where artists can join and then share photos and comments of the art they have left for others. What a cool way to bless someone, anonymously.
I hope to leave something from time to time in our area too... maybe as soon as today!
