Ooey Gooey Rocky Road Cookie Experiment...

So, I saw this recipe on Pinterest, and decided to try it out. ... they look delicious, but I didn't really care for them much ... way too sweet, and rich for my taste.  The family taste tested them, and thought they were good, but I don't think I'll be making them again.


On the brighter side.... I managed to put a dent into getting my tax info together for the tax man later this month, and finished up an insurance audit too!  Productive day, PTL!
